At Be Sanctus, every order is made on demand through our production partner (Printful). This means your items are printed and fulfilled after you place an order, ensuring quality and care in every piece.
1. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Estimated Shipping Times

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 6–12 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note: these are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or holidays.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and product type.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
5. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, or if the package is returned as undeliverable, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at besanctus@contact.com We will work with Printful and shipping carriers to resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
